At Sockiis™, we’re committed to processing your order quickly and delivering it safely — no matter where you are.

PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMES  
Our fulfillment team processes orders Monday through Friday.  
• Orders placed before **12:00 PM (noon)** are prioritized for same-day processing.  
• Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.  

Please allow **1–2 business days** for order processing before your package is shipped.

DELIVERY TIMES  
We currently ship within the **United States**, **Canada**, **Australia**, and most **European countries**.  
(If your region is unavailable at checkout, we are working on expanding.)

Typical delivery windows:  
• **United States:** 8–12 business days  
• **Canada:** 8–15 business days  
• **Europe:** 6–12 business days  
• **Australia:** 8–15 business days  

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier transit times, and seasonal volume.

All orders include **full tracking** via trusted carriers such as **USPS, UPS, FedEx**, DHL, or local postal partners.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING  
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your **tracking number**.  
Please allow up to **48 business hours** for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.

DELIVERY NOTES & EXCEPTIONS  
While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:  
• Weekends or public holidays  
• Extreme weather conditions  
• Carrier delays or strikes  
• High seasonal demand  
• Customs processing (outside the U.S.)  

We appreciate your patience in these situations.

HIGH VOLUME PERIODS  
During peak times — holidays, promotions, or sales — processing may take slightly longer.  
If your order experiences a significant delay, our support team will notify you by email.

RETURNS OF USED OR OPENED ITEMS  
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of **used**, **worn**, or **opened** items.  
Sale items are non-refundable.

All returns must include your **order number and full name** inside the package.  
If your tracking shows a *failed delivery* or *lost package*, we will gladly arrange a replacement.

For orders outside the United States:  
Customs inspections or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
