If you’re not fully satisfied, we’ll help with a replacement or a refund — no unnecessary steps.

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY  
• You have **90 days** from the delivery date to request a return.  
• Items must be **unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging**.  
• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used items.  
• Please include your **order number and full name** in the package for fast processing.

We reserve the right to decline returns if items show signs of use, damage, or are returned outside the 90-day window.

HOW TO START A RETURN  
1. **Contact Us**  
   Email our support team at **support@sockiis.com** with your order number and reason for return.  
2. **Ship the Item Back**  
   Once approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.  
3. **Receive Your Refund**  
   After inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.  
   Refunds typically take **5–7 business days** to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.  
For returns over €40, we recommend using a **trackable shipping service**.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS  
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery.  
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — and you will **not** be required to return the product.

REFUND EXCEPTIONS  
The following items are **not eligible** for returns or refunds:  
• Used or damaged items  
• Sale or promotional items  
• Gift cards or digital products

EXCHANGES  
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.  
To request an exchange, email **support@sockiis.com** with your order details and a photo of the issue.

CANCELLATIONS  
Orders can be canceled only if they have **not yet been processed or shipped**.  
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled — but you may still return it under this policy.
